Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Systems & Analytics
Manager to help scale Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on key
performance metrics and reporting frameworks
Lead quarterly and monthly business reviews, presenting pipeline
metrics and revenue targets
Develop and deliver performance dashboards and reports in
Salesforce and Tableau to analyze sales performance
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales
Operations
Prior experience with Salesforce administration, managing user
roles and maintaining data integrity
Experience administering sales tools, preferably Gong, Clari, or
Outreach
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving
Sales, Marketing, and IT
