Job Description:

A company is looking for a Telephony/IVR Developer with experience in AWS Connect.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver IVR solutions and efficient call flows
Create unit tests to ensure code coverage and support existing architecture
Collaborate within an Agile framework and document call flows and designs

Required Qualifications

Experience as an IVR developer with AWS Connect
Proficiency in Node.JS, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB
Experience with Terraform
Knowledge of developing business-critical applications for contact centers
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
